Let Tara and Nathalie challenge your fitness level with a one-two punch and some serious centering. Start off the first 45 minutes with Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™, a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Finish out the next 45 minutes with Les Mills BODYBALANCE™, a yoga-based class infusing Pilates and Tai Chi elements. Attend one or both!
Don't forget to bring water, a yoga mat, towel, and a few friends.
